Aromatherapy uses carefully selected essential oils to enhance your sense of wellbeing through both touch and inhalation. Each treatment begins with a short consultation, allowing the massage style and oil choice to be selected to suit your health, lifestyle and how you’re feeling on the day. Aroma Swede combines the depth of Swedish massage with slower, unhurried movements for a deeply relaxing experience.

You may choose from a selection of beautifully pre-blended aromatherapy oils, created to support relaxation, balance or uplift, with the option to personalise further if needed. Blended with a nourishing carrier oil, they are applied using smooth, flowing massage techniques.

As the oils are absorbed through the skin and gently inhaled, they work alongside the massage to calm the nervous system, release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Every aromatherapy massage is shaped around you and how you feel in that moment.
