Mobile Treatment Terms​
I love being able to offer mobile treatments and bring relaxation right to your home. To keep this service manageable and sustainable, there are some conditions I need to be clear about

Parking: I need to be able to park very close to your home. If parking is too difficult or far away, I may not be able to accept the booking as mobile

Access: Unfortunately, properties up a couple or more flights of stairs can be too tricky to access and are not usually suitable for mobile treatments. In these cases, I’ll kindly ask you to book at my treatment room instead.

Travel Costs: In situations where parking or access is more challenging, an additional travel cost may apply. This will depend on the address.

Future Pricing: From the new year, I’ll be reviewing the cost of mobile treatments to reflect the travel and set-up time involved to be more in line with my treatment room

Minimum treatment time is 60 mins. Half hour treatments available for 2+ people
My treatment room at Morton of Pitmilly Countryside Resort is always available as an alternative — it’s on the ground floor with plenty of parking, and fully equipped for the most relaxing experience.

Updated Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy (Effective from October 2025)
I’ve made a few updates to my booking policy to help things run smoothly and protect the time I set aside for each client, whilst I understand unexpected things can happen, like illness, but last minute cancellations make it hard to fill the slot
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £17–£35 (depending on treatment length) is now required to secure your booking. £17 per person for pamper parties.
This goes towards your treatment on the day and will confirm your slot.
Deposits are non-transferable within 48 hours of your appointment.

In certain exceptional situations, or if I have to cancel your appointment, the deposit may be refunded at my discretion. This ensures flexibility while keeping the deposit system fair for all clients.

Regular Clients:
I really value my regular clients, so deposits won’t be required for those who book with me often.
Deposits only apply to new clients or first-time bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I completely understand that things can change, but last-minute cancellations are hard to fill once time and travel are already set aside.

48 hours’ notice is kindly requested for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals (Pitmilly)
If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to fit in as much of your treatment as possible, but the full fee will still apply.

Areas I Cover
I currently cover Anstruther to St Andrews and Anstruther to Elie — roughly within a 10-mile / 15-minute travel radius.
To keep things sustainable, I aim to group bookings in the same area when possible. This helps me manage travel while continuing to offer mobile treatments alongside my treatment room work.

My Trading Hours
To help everyone plan ahead, I try to remain flexible and client flexibility with booking times can really help me fit clients in smoothly–especially when travelling to bookings. Here are my general working hours:

Mon–Thu: 10.30am – 6pm
Fri & Sat: 10.30am – 5pm
Sun: 12pm – 4pm (limited, premium slot)

I don’t work 7 days a week or full 6–7 hour days daily; bookings are grouped where possible and balanced around days off.

Times above show typical start/finish; appointments are scheduled from the first slot in my diary.
